Duration: All our lessons have the duration of 60 minutes. Delayed time by student is not compesated. If your teacher is late, he/she must ask you if you would like to add extra time at the end of the ongoing lesson or another one.
 

Abscences: You have a 24-hour notice to skip a lesson without being charged. Other than that, we will require evidence of major issues such as natural disasters, family issues, health conditions or any other relevant unforeseen events. If your teacher fails a lesson, you will not be charged.

 

Payments: We accept most credit cards and PayPal. All your information is kept safe with us. You are also eligible to ask for official receipts which can be used for tax reports or other motivations.

 

Software & Devices: All our classes are held via Zoom. You should have it installed on your preferred devices. You can use a phone or tablet for the lessons but we do recommend a computer because of different available features.
 

Teachers: You are free to scroll our website and choose a teacher. After a purchase, our representatives will contact you in order to set those first steps. Bear in mind that Group Lesson Teachers may vary whereas VIP Teachers can be chosen at any time.

Content: If you enroll in a Group Class, we will assess your language level and find a suitable group. If you enroll in a VIP Class, you will be free to set your preferences regarding lesson topics and language goals.
