Yes! Group teachers will vary depending on your schedule and VIP teachers can be chosen at any time. Feel free to scroll our website and choose one! You will also be offered recommended teachers who best fit your profile and goals.

Yes and we do encourage you to do that! Our VIP lessons can have a specific topic. You should name your goal and your lessons will be aimed at that.

After you purchase a lesson plan, one of our Representatives will send you an e-mail and Whatsapp message with further instructions on how to get started. At this point, you will also be asked to fill in a short form in order to set preferences such as language, schedule, teacher, topic of interest and others.

We accept most credit cards and Apple Pay.

You will need a 24-hour notice to miss a scheduled lesson or show evidence of major issues such as natural disasters, work-related events, family emergencies or relevant unforeseen situations in order to get a credit for a lesson.

Our lessons are held on Zoom. You should have it installed on all your devices and choose the most suitable one. Computers are mostly recommended and phones can also be used in case you do not have a computer with you at lesson time.
